A printed code isn't resolving, or you need a recall notice up now
Publishing a recall notice is never gated — not by your plan, not by your billing state, never throttled, and with no upgrade prompt anywhere on that path. It changes what a printed code answers, for everybody who scans it, and it costs nothing on every tier including the free one.
