Extra capacity is sold in blocks of 25 GTINs at $10/mo, so a catalogue that grows past a tier doesn't force an upgrade. We warn you at 80% of your limit, with the number, before it matters.
Fair use is fair use — a printed code never stops resolving
Scan limits are fair use, not a valve. A printed code never stops resolving and machine routes never change — sustained overage switches consumer pages to our hosted version until the counter resets or the tier changes. A product under an active recall is exempt from all of it.

Watermark-free previews before your prefix is verified
Until we've confirmed your company prefix is really yours, previews are watermarked in every format, at every tier. Paying does not lift it and never will — otherwise anyone could print codes claiming to be you.
ONE PREFLIGHT
A better barcode
There is no premium symbology and no priority resolver. A code generated on Launch is byte-identical to one generated on Enterprise, and it is checked exactly as hard.

They keep working. Past the grace period your branding and your own domain pause, and scans resolve to a packagepage-hosted version of your page with our attribution on it. Retailer and regulator requests answer unchanged. Coming back is a matter of seconds — nothing is deleted, and nothing is reprinted.
What counts as an active GTIN?
A published product that can be scanned. Drafts and archived products don't count. Retiring a product frees the slot — but its printed codes keep resolving, to a page that says the product has been retired, because labels carrying it may still be in the world. Nothing you retire ever 404s.
Do I need my own GS1 company prefix?
Yes — GTINs come from GS1, not from us, and we verify that the prefix you enter is licensed to you. If you don't have one yet, our guide walks through getting one and what you can do meanwhile.
Can I move to my own resolver later?
Yes. Codes printed on your own domain point at DNS you control, so you can repoint them without reprinting a label. That's the whole reason we push you to use your own domain from Starter up.
What is the 14-day trial, and what happens when it ends?
New accounts get Growth features for 14 days. When they end, nothing is deleted and nothing stops resolving: you drop to Launch — 10 GTINs, free forever, no card — and the Growth-only features go quiet until you choose a plan. The account tells you which of them you actually used, not which ones existed.
Is there an agency discount?
There's an agency structure: GTINs pooled across client workspaces instead of a subscription per brand, starting at $1,500. Your client keeps ownership of their catalogue and domain.
