What this means

Why it usually happens
Publishing one more product while the organisation already has as many published as its plan includes.
What to do
Archive a product you no longer sell, change plan, or switch the cap off, all from Settings → Billing & usage. Publishing a recall notice is never refused by the cap. Nothing was published and nothing was charged.
