What this means
An idempotency key names one upload. A second request with the same key and a different file checksum is refused, so a retry cannot quietly replace the file.
Why it usually happens
Usually a script that reuses one key for every file, or a key built from the filename after the file inside it changed.
What to do
Send a new key for the new file. To repeat the first upload, send the first file again with the same key and you receive the same import.
