What this means
Print files are refused for an archived product. Archiving takes a product out of circulation, and new packaging for something withdrawn is a contradiction worth stopping at.
Why it usually happens
A product archived during a catalogue tidy-up and then wanted again, or archived by one person while another was preparing the artwork.
What to do
Restore the product to published, then generate. Archiving is the recoverable one and nothing was lost — the code, its links and its history are all still there.
