What this means
Checkout starts a new subscription, and an organisation holds one paid subscription at a time.
Why it usually happens
Choosing a different paid plan while one is already active. Checkout would open a second subscription and bill both.
What to do
Change plan from Settings → Billing & usage. It opens our payment provider's plan-change page for the subscription you already have. Nothing was charged.
